php redis redis extension

Hi ,

I am using php to connect with redis.

I am have to set up redis cluster but i noticed that I am not using any library but php extension in php.ini file

and invoking redis with $redis = new Redis();

But If i want to work in cluster mode will php - redis extension will work there also

or do i need to add new php-library for redis cluster If yes then which one is suggested ?
