Logs missing

[RSCL Mumbai]

Hi,

Excerpt of my redis log file is as below.

There are no logs between 08:21:14 & 13:56:15.

At 13.56, I had to restart redis.

1. How can I check what happened at 8.21?

2. Is there any command which I can run periodically (say every 2 min or 5 min) to know if everything is fine with redis?
