someone working on geoclustering?

Hi there!

I'm a newcomer to the project. 

I see https://github.com/antirez/redis/issues/2758 open.

Geospatial analysis is something I like. I'd love to pick this up.

Anything I should know about? 

I think that DBSCAN and Birch are pretty classic clustering algorithms to think of here.

The proposed api would be something along the lines of 

`GEOBIRCH long lat radius number_of_clusters`

...with `number_of_clusters` being how many clusters do we want locations in radius `radius` from the given latitude and longitude to be splitted into.
