Facing Redis::CommandError (ERR max number of clients reached) issue

Hello, I am facing issue of redis on staging. Issue is Redis::CommandError (ERR max number of clients reached): so could you please help me out in this issue how to solve it. 

My findings are as follows ::

 1. Increase work_process from 2 to 3 in unicorn.rb I had tried this but its not helpful for us.

2.  Find out heroku add ons  for redis

rediscloud, redisgreen, redismonitor, redistogo.

3. Not able to operate redis-cli on staging server.
