redis sentinel cannot failover in CONFIG command is renamed

Hi, 

I think its a known issue that Redis Sentinel is not successful with the failover if CONFIG command is renamed.

It is discussed here and here among other places.

Is there a plan to introduce this fix anywhere in the future?

Without this, effectively one cannot use a single master slave redis with HA and appropriate security.
