Documentation of the streams data type

Hello all,

unfortunately we lacked documentation for Redis Streams for a long time.
However I don't want to release RC1 if Streams are not fully documented, so
here it is the first introduction document to streams, which is definitely
the starting point:

However we'll get more, man pages for each command as usually (at redis.io,
not actual Unix *man pages*). But they are man pages in their soul.
