Redis - Sentinel in failover

I have a PHP app that uses redis, I have been working with a single redis instance in my dev environment.

The network team is building a redis sentinel with 1 masters and 2 slaves, could someone help me understand how should I point my application automatically  (to master or to salve on failover mode ) having TwemProxy

Any help would be great.
