Integrate existing DB with Redis DB

Hi ,

For example,application using Map to store the data and the same in-memory will it be possible to copy to Redis cluster ? if yes what configurations has to be done how can i achieve the communication between application and Redis cluster or any operating system configurations has be to done ?

Kindly explain the possibilities.
