Timeout when communicating with Redis

Hi. I experience timeouts from Redis from time to time and I'm having a hard time understanding the message that Redis returns:
inst: 1, mgr: Inactive, err: never, queue: 2, qu: 0, qs: 2, qc: 0, wr: 0, wq: 0, in: 0, ar: 0, IOCP: (Busy=1,Free=999,Min=2,Max=1000), WORKER: (Busy=2,Free=1021,Min=2,Max=1023)
Hoping someone is able to help debugging.
