Looking for caching data when the data source is down

Hi Team,
We have a scenario where we are pulling data from a data source(SalesForce) in our O365 SharePoint Website. If in case, the SalesForce goes down, then we want to show the data from Cache untill the Source come back up. Can we achieve this by using Azure Redis Cache?
