Dear Redis users and developers,
19th of October we'll meet in London in order to talk with Redis.
Everybody with something to say about the future of Redis is welcomed
to talk. The meeting is open to Redis developers and contributors,
client libraries authors, people solving problems with Redis, and
large users including companies or individuals providing Redis as a
service.
The day is split in two halves:
9:30 12:30 -- Presentation of ideas
12:30 14:00 -- Lunch, relax, chatting
14:00 18:00 -- Discussion of the ideas proposed in the morning
18:00 to night -- Beers in some pub
While everybody is invited to talk, all the talks must be related to
the *future* of Redis and should content some idea or proposal for a
change, with arguments about good and bad things about it. To have an
implementation of the idea is not needed, but if there is one, it's a
good idea to show it.
The proposals may regard: the implementation internals, performances
and memory usage, API changes, Redis Cluster and Sentinel. Talks about
the ecosystem of clients are also welcomed assuming that there is
something "actionable" from the point of view of the Redis core.
This is the Eventbrite event:

The event is free, of course.
Cheers,
