Upgrading to 0.13 produces the following error:
Invalid gemspec in
[/home/name/.rvm/gems/jruby-1.6.5/specifications/redcar-0.13.gemspec]:
Illformed requirement ["#<YAML::Yecht::DefaultKey:0x7e140bf> 1.1.2"]

I was using redcar-dev 0.13.5dev and it was not giving this error.
