0.12.1 error - redcar-icons

I ran the gem install redcar already. But when i try to run the application, I get the above. Any ideas? Did I miss a step? Running ruby 1.9.2

Can you try running bundle install with the same ruby selected as when you run redcar?

It looks like it was a path issue. The redcar command was resolving to my github clone, which requires jruby to run i believe. I removed that and the path in my bash_profile, and it fixed it.
