Hey,

I am driving to Gencon later this summer and looking to see if anyone is interested in carpooling. Current plan is to leave the Philadelphia area on Tuesday, August 12, and return late Sunday August 16, possibly arrive in Philadelphia Monday morning. Let me know if you're interested.

I was strongly considering going and was gonna book a flight but this might be more fun. Gamer road trip!!! Now I have to shit or get off the pot and book a room. I will let you know for sure by end of next week after I figure out how I'm getting out of work but for now consider me 80% in if you'll have me. Just let me know what you think is fair (I'll pay for gas/food or I can get the room for us to share ore whatev). I know Alex was also interested.

Your going to have a hard time getting a room close by as most of them have been sold out since like the second day the hotel blocks opened up.

I'm flying out Gencon myself, but if you guys do drive out maybe I could give you a few bucks to help transport some of the bulkier things need for GMing if you have trunk space.

Yeah, I figured I'd have to get one farther out and catch the shuttle or pay for parking. By next year I'll have it planned better.

We have room for two at our hotel. Bear in mind there are three guys in the room already, you may have to share a bed, and the hotel is about 7 miles from the convention center. Not ideal but we will have a car and can split can rides.

I can take shifts driving, I'm fine with 1/5 of a room and co bunking / sleeping on floor or whatever. Give me a call 267-265-2580 some time tonight (I'm off work at 9pm) and let's lock in details such as my share of contribution etc.
