Like to recruit for a home game? That's def been done here, so shouldn't be a problem.

No not trying to get someone to look elsewhere just seeing if there are opportunities to post pathfinder games that aren't part of society play.

People have recruited for home games as Bristor pointed out. I also recall seeing a few posts for other systems and such.
So you should be alright looking for players for non-PFS Pathfinder games.
