Getting Mint Ids for people in group records instead of NLA ids

Hi All,

I must have screwed up a configuration somewhere. In ReDBox, related parties of type people get added into the RIF-CS related object metadata as NLA-IDs but in Mint when the RIF-CS is generated for Groups or Services etc I am getting Mint IDs in the RIF-CS instead of the NLA-IDs. As far as I can see the code in the velocity templates is the same for generating related objects in ReDBox as it is in Mint.  So what have I done wrong?
