UoN ReDBox/Mint Feature Development (Dash Board, Reporting, Statistics, Embargo, Ethics)

Hi All,

 

Proposed feature development plan for ReDBox/Mint attached. 

Key functionality

 

1.    Additional Menu Options  : Dash Board, Reports, Statstics

2.    Dashboard : Visual overview of ReDBox/Mint for high level reporting purposes

3.    Reporting : Build reports based on ReDBox/Mint data fields, status, and date ranges

4.    Statistics : Access statistical information about RedBox/Mint, across selected dates

5.    Embargo : Able to apply and remove embargo dates to metadata form, & system responses

6.    Ethics : Enable ethics permission information to be captured, and able to store copy of ethics permission in system

 

This is a call for collaborators to gauge if there is interest in this space from any other institutions.  Thank you to UWS MS project collaborators who are already on board.  All collaboration on feedback and input into requirements welcome.  The development plan identifies areas (but is not limited to these) where ReDBox community input would be extremely valuable to ensure that these features are developed to maximise usefulness to a majority of ReDBox users.
