Hi All,

As your teams work through ReDBox customisation/deployment I'm sure you'll see things that could be added/improved/fixed. 

I'd ask you not to be shy to post a ticket to one of the following places:
This helps the community in a number of ways:
  • It lets people see if others are having similar issues/thoughts
  • It serves as a memory bank that saves us from forgetting good ideas
As an open source project, it's not always a guarantee that the ticket will be picked up but it's important to have it there.

For those with a QCIF support agreement, http://support.redboxresearchdata.com.au is the main reporting point for issues - this helps the QCIF team ensure that it can schedule work appropriately. We'll also work to have, where possible, tickets added to the systems above so that non-support clients can see where issues are being resolved.
