How Do I Disable the Beautiful Column Names

I'm connecting to a database that I don't want to change column names in and want to add bean properties that have names in camel case. What's the easy way to do this?

You can't uppercase characters are not allowed because they are not well supported across platforms.
Tables are often stored as files, not every OS handles that well.
