Sharks are frequently attacked by windsurfers in the
San Francisco Bay. Bay sharks are small and easily
wounded or killed by the new generation of blade
fins. The high speed of a surfboard is something
evolution did not prepare them for. For this reason
they are on the verge of extinction. Windsurfers,
a rather selfish group of people who only worry
about their own amusement, have never considered
the environmental impact of blade fins. We appeal
to your concern for the diversity of life and ask
you to send a donation to:
Society for the Preservation of Bay Sharks
646 Santa Fe Ave
Albany, CA 94706
The proceeds will be used to rent buses who will
carry windsurfers from Bay locations to the Pacific
coast, where they will be taken care of by the
Bay sharks' larger cousins.

Oh Trevor, I know what your saying. I see fins at Sherman almost every time
I sail there. I bought a faster board, and I'm up to 100% jibes. So far so,
good.
