What brings me to the question how the Russia collusion thingy is going? What about the "campaign finance violation by - LOL! - Trump allegedly paying "hush money" to Stormy Daniels? Are the walls closing in on the orange clown? Doing the perps walk soon ... ?

a) He's a pathological liar
b) he has dementia or some brain condition - remember the "oranges" of
an investigation?

It's probably both.

In any case "it's almost like she knew him already" doesn't work as an
excuse. Cause that's not what Trump said. Maybe he meant it but has
c) dyslexia?

Saying "Melania has gotten to know Kim" is a lie if he KNEW that she never met Kim (AND iIF you think "knowing someone" means "having met someone" - which is obviously not the case but I let it slide for now in order to be able to humiliate you even further).

If he didn't remember that Melanie was not there then he did NOT know at the moment he said this that she wasn't there.

That's another possibility. Trump knew Melania was not there but lied
anyways. Entirely possible since he MUST be a pathological liar having
made 11000+ lies during his presidency.

Now of course for pathological liars it doesn't seem to even matter if
they know they can get caught easily....they just have to lie. That was
also the case with RST's pathological liar, Ulysses.
