[The opening guitar sounds of Our Lady Peace's "Superman's Dead" appeal to
the ear as an empty wrestling ring comes into picture. The red and white
SCRA logo lays in the middle of the ring, bright and shining, before its
eventual trampling.
As the singer's voice kicks in, shots from previous weeks on the Scraps take
over the empty ring.]
# Do you worry that you're not liked #
["Cowboy" Ken Curtis looks over to the Syndicate, all linked by the arms,
and gives a rather fierce sneer.]
# How long till you break #
[Repeated whacks of the Vindicator, the real one, on Derek Mota, his face
covered... for now.]
# You're happy cause you smile #
[The Fracas Boys, with a grin the size of Canada, leaping off the ring apron
and tearing the pants of the Asian Explosion.]
# But how much can you fake #
[Sean Watts wandering aimlessly into the ring, putting up with his father,
Sir Wrestling, behind him.]
# An ordinary boy an ordinary name #
[Bobby McAllister looking on as Mike Justice grabs Victoria Glenn, later
placing her on a cross and carrying her away.]
# But ordinary's just not good enough today #
[The twisted mind of Johnny Oblivion grins, using a camel during his match,
as Nero looks on, disgusted.]
# Alone I'm thinking #
[With the repitition of the word alone, an extra long clip of Derek Mota
plays, first running out to fight with Ryan Howard, then leaping over the
edge of the Boatyslam with Nik Nyce, then returning to battle the Syndicate,
and finally looking into the camera with an evil grin.]
# Why is superman dead #
[Cattle Buster on Eddy Jacks... then Ken Curtis, with Hardin holding the
belt high.]
# Is it in my head #
[Riot snapping, leaping over to attack Bobby Storm as the two brawl.]
# We'll just laugh instead #
[Chase Hunter joining the fans in various chants against Nik Nyce, finally
bleaching the Perfectionist's hair blond.]
# You worry about the weather and #
[Fire and Ice getting clobbered from behind by the Blackthorne Boys.]
# Whether or not you should hate #
[The three top teams in SCRA, the Siberian Express, Prophets of Rage and New
House of Lords, taking part in a wild brawl.]
# Are you worried about your faith #
[Ryan Howard hooking up with the Syndicate, just after they fired Henry
Bowie Coltrane.]
# Kneel down and obey #
[Mike Justice screaming out to the fans "Who's your sexy savour?"
# You're happy you're in love #
[Pizzazz doing her boys a favour, giving the Headwrecker to the House of
Lords.]
# You need someone to hate #
[Eddy Jacks looking on in fear as he unmasks the Masked Outlaw.]
# An ordinary girl an ordinary waist #
[Adrienne Creed proclaiming himself the Queen of wrestling.]
# But ordinary's just not good enough today #
[Ethan de Sade throwing down the mic as he walks out of SCRA.]
# Doesn't anybody ever know that the #
[The song nears a close, signalling the beginning of wild brawls. First,
the Syndicate fighting with team SCRA, Eddy Jacks, Ken Curtis and Derek
Mota. Then, the three top tag teams.]
# World's a subway... #
[Mike Justice and Nik Nyce battling Chase Hunter and Bobby McAllister. The
other SCRA tag teams, just after the eight man tag match.
The chorus continues playing in the background as split screen still shots
of the wrestlers involved in the matches appear with subtext below.]
