Identify Tri-Band Beam

Can anyone identify this beam? I got it as a part of a station buy-out and
the old feller couldnt remember the brand or model. Its a tri-band,
three-element 10-15-20m antenna.

The only identifying mark on it is on the Hy-Gain box (I assume a 1:1
BALUN) as the input.

I downloaded Hy-Gains tri-band user manuals and none of them match this
beam - especially the delta match (apparently this is a Beta match). The
element coils look to be Hy-Gain, though.

Im looking for a manual so I can...

Most efficient HF rigs in a long-term emergency power situation

What HF rigs would be the most efficient in a situation where there is a
long-term loss of commercial power? Im not thinking Zombie Apocalypse here,
but more hurricane, terrorism, or solar flare/CME types of outages that
would make commercial power unavailable and emergency power (generator,
solar, etc) precious for long periods of time.

The radio should be capable of both CW and SSB and have a minimum power of
5W as it might be used with compromised or temporary antennas.
