Here is somebody who did not just steal a few of my images. He stole
hundreds of them and used them to build entire galleries on
multiply.com. I reported the abuse already 10 days ago, but multiply.com
have done nothing about it and not even responded to my complaint.

As I understand it, they are located in Boca Raton, FL. Perhaps you should
file complaints starting there?

To be taken seriously, you need to send a formal DMCA notice that
conforms to the law.

They have a "Report Abuse" mechanism on the site, supposedly for such
infringement cases. Filing a complaint to the HQ would be the next step.

Lodge a DCMA infringement, CCing the sites ISP.

What is a DMCA notice?

What you need to send the ISP is a Digital Millennium Copyright Act
infringement notice, also called a take down notice. You can find
software to create your own online, or hire an attorney to have one
prepared and sent to Multiply.com.

I didn't spend a lot of time on it but looks like the ISP is GoDaddy.
They are big and responsible enough to actually do something.

Good luck with chasing the person who ripped off your work. Please feel
free to ask for more tips.

GoDaddy are a domain registrar, not an ISP. That said, they do take
notice of illegal activity by their clients. When you send multiply.com
a DMCA notice, include GoDaddy in your CC list.

Go Daddy is also a hosting provider: <http://www.godaddy.com/Hosting>
