Rainbow" Phill Wilson,"Blackland Farmer" Frankie Miller,"What Would

Kitty Wells� "Heartbreak U.S.A" takes top honors from "Hello Walls"

Meanwhile at RCA Victor Studio A in New York City this day Neil Sedaka
cuts "Sweet Little You" which is chosen for the new single (RCA 7922,
mid-August). "The Endless Night" is a track for the LP "Three Great
Guys : Paul Anka, Sam Cooke And Neil Sedaka" (RCA LPM 2720), and
"Your Heart Has Changed Its Mind" is first released in 1978 on the LP
"The Many Sides Of Neil Sedaka". Personnel includes Bucky Pizzarelli
on guitar, Panama Francis on drums, Milt Hinton on bass and Ernie
Hayes on piano. Produced by George Avakian, arranged by Stan
Applebaum.

(written and originally recorded by ex-Lonnie Donegan guitarist Dickie
Bishop & The Sidekicks for Decca in London in 1957).
So does anyone know if the Cajuns on Shah in 1964 is the same song?
BTW I forgot to mentiion that the Helms version was a single over here
in early 1958 being the direct followup to his "My Special Angel" in
the UK. The US followup ("Jingle Bell Rock" of course) didn;t appear
here until December 1958

Channel's record from '63. Although Channel & Ray Hildebrand (of Paul &
Paula fame) take writing credit on their 45 as well, it's the same song
as Helms' but with some very slight word changes & lyric order.

but their version has writing credit going to "Bob Moore" who I assume
was Bobby Moore (of Bobby & The Temps) who features on this record
along with Roy Buchanan on lead guitar
Several other later versions of the song too (Chad & Jeremy,the
pre-"Master Jack" Four Jacks And A Jill,Billie Davis (who had the UK
hit with "Tell Him" etc )
