Links to Music Publications and Websites

We are in the final run up to the release of my book on August 2nd. The publicity department at my publisher asked me today for links to music publications and websites that might be interested in the book - to review it, do an interview, etc. We'd be appreciative if anyone here might have suggestions and/or links for places we can contact.

Thanks, Dave. There's an old saying: you're not qualified to write your first book until you've finished writing your first book. I'm learning every step of the way. The marketing part surprised me on how much time it takes every day from me, even with a publisher that has a very good publicity department. But you're right, the worst of it as far as hard work is over and I'm enjoying being out from under that pressure.

Hi Andrew,

I came to your post looking for something similar to what you seek. Probably my only thought on this won't be very helpful. hypem.com is an aggregator of music blogs. (701 I think) Although it sounds maybe promising, I have to say it probably isn't, based on my experience with it.

I read the Kirkus Reviews review of your new book. Congratulations and thanks for writing it!
