I recently came across a a couple of these (Mills & Lucas) in a local
shop. They look to be really nice, and play very well, especially a
smaller bodied one he had. The dealer is one of the few reps for these
guitars on the east coast. All I really know about them is that
they're made by a small outfit in West Virginia. Anyone familiar with
these, and how they compare to others? They seem to be in the higher
scale Martin price range.

Thanks.

No response, so I assume no one's familiar with these. There's a small
add in the latest Acoustic Guitar that says "Introducing Mills &
Lucas", so I assume they're fairly new. If anyone runs across one of
these I'd be interested in their comments.

George,
I am familiar with a guitar maker by the name of Randy Lucas. I can't
seem to access his website at the moment, but he does have one.
I don't know if this helps....

In article <86u00r$o48$1...@newssvr04-int.news.prodigy.com>,
Norman:

Randy Lucas is not the Lucas in Mills and Lucas. Randy is located just
south of Columbus, Indiana. He builds some of the finest Brazilian
rosewood / adirondack, and mahogany / adirondack guitars that I have
ever seen and played!
