'Violent retaliation' is meaningless. 'Lawsuits' -- a formal legal complaint re: felonious cyberstalking, coupled with slanderous fabrications. Indeed so. The lying troll, for obvious reasons, refuses to divulge verifiable name, verifiable mailing address, verifiable valid e-address registered to his verifiable name (the e-addresses the troll uses are not valid), and a verifiable telephone number. Legally, the troll will be charged with telecommunications services-malicious use, and using a computer to commit a crime. This was, in part, what ensnared the other troll, who was, in public, offering a specified USD amount to murder Yehu'dim, which he listed here by name. As you will recall, he would, each day, post multiple attacks against Yehu'dim et al. It was his legal undoing, and he was caught because he was not hiding behind multiple names/addresses (a Cyberian paper wall, as it were). The present troll is knowingly and deliberately fabricating slanderous statements about biographical histories he knows nothing about (but keeps lying about), accusing me of incest, etc. etc. These, hence, constitute telecommunications services-malicious use, and using a computer to perpetrate a crime. He could avoid possible imprisonment by: 1) apologizing and retracting his slander; 2) providing his actual name, verifiable addresses (both snail mail and e-mail), and verifiable telephone number. Do I think this is going to happen? No, not willingly. He thinks this is a 'game'. I know 'game theory' much better.
