looking for stopwatch for windows 7

Hi all,

I'm looking for a download for a stopwatch to be used under win7.

I'd like to time dwell times, flight times and such, while I'm filming
myself
juggling.

The stopwatches I've tried so far are not accurate enough, i.e. they jump
0.3
sec or other increments larger than the frame rate of the device I'm using
(30 to 60 frames per sec).

Any other suggestions are of course welcome. Counting frames is however
not
preferred ;-).
