I used to have a Dedicated Two Tigers. Nice looking cabinet with cool
sideart. It used an 8-track player for realistic sound effects and
music. The conversion kits didn't include the 8-track I don't think.
But I didn't like the gameplay, too boring. Just my 2 cents.

TT is a rather crappy game. It was released as a nice looking dedicated
version with yokes and a dedicated 8-track that plays the attract music
or as the Tron conversion (no 8-track and uses spinners). I sold my Tron
conversion to a guy who turned it back to Tron.

That would be me :) Yeah, for about $250 in parts, a few months tracking
them down, and 15 hours of labor (including remounting the monitor the
other direction) you can bring that Tron back to it's original glory. I'm
not totally sure it's worth the effort except I really like playing Tron,
think it's a cool looking machine, and also dig saving an almost lost
game...

All I have left to do is mount the monitor, add the bezel, add the back
translite (which I finally found), and put in all the light fixtures...
ugh, that's a fair amount of work still to do. Here it is so far, the
monitor looks odd, I have it propped up to play, but I am mounting it down
where it's supposed to go soon...
