Here is the hypothetical situation:

A Gangrel with PRO attempts to make an action with +1 stealth

Hes Prey's Prince claims that in his city this kind of thing is
forbidden and intercepts it with 2nd Tradition: Domain, +2 intercept

Combat occurs and the Gangrel plays superior Form of Mist, striking CE
and burns 1 blood to continue his action at +1 stealth

Question: @nd Trad's intercept is still on, or the previous intercept
ends as soon as combat begins?

Relevant texts:

Second Tradition: Domain
Type: Reaction
Requires: prince,justicar
Requires a ready prince or justicar.
+2 intercept. Also usable by a tapped prince or justicar, even if
intercept is not yet needed, to burn a blood to untap and attempt to
block with +2 intercept.

Form of Mist
Type: Combat
Requires: Protean
[pro] Strike: dodge
[PRO] Strike: combat ends. If this vampire is acting, he or she may
burn 1 blood after combat ends to continue the action at +1 stealth as
if unblocked (this action can still be blocked). A vampire may play
only one Form of Mist at superior each action.

Thanks in advance

Since it's still the same action, the added intercept still applies.

But note that since 2nd Tradition just untaps the Prince once (i.e., it
has no lingering effect besides the intercept, like other wake-type
cards that allow blocks and reactions "for the remainder of the
action") and the said Prince is again tapped, he can't try to block the
action one more time if he doesn't "wake"/untap somehow.
