Tournament report: Praxis Seizure Columbia, SC

We had our standard number of players at Praxis: Columbia: 15. Which is
actually pretty good since 4 of the locals couldn't make it for various
reasons.

None of the rounds was called on time (although one game came
within 5 minutes of time).

In the first two rounds, fourteen of the fifteen players had scored at
least 1 VP, and only one player had gotten 5 VPs, so everyone still had
a fair shot at the finals going into the third round.

Finalists were:
1. David Tatu (7 VP, 138 TP)
2. Jason Daniel (7 VP, 132 TP)
3. Mike Perlman (5 VP, 102 TP)
4. David Davila (4 VP, 132 TP)
5. Stephen Coombs (4 VP, 120 TP)

Of the remaining 10 players, three had garnered 3 VPs, three had gotten
2 VPs, three had gotten 1 VP, and 1 person had gotten no VPs.

The finals went down to two players: Mike Perlman (ousted Stephen),
and David Davila (ousted Jason and the other David). After much
effort, David finally conceded the game to Mike. I'll let David
and Mike elaborate on the situation if they like.
