How is it possible I'm rated 6 kyu when I won against IGS dans? Even if I
lost more than I won, it doesen't make logical sense I should be rated as
an IGS 6 kyu. A 5k (or was it 4k?) beat me, so what? It's kind of obvious
tweet's been fudging the system malf. There's no confidence in a 6k rating
for tsukino.

There you go again, blaming me for your inadequacies, just
like you want kgs to change their rating system so that you
can be a 3-4d. (Observations about the Rating System)

On IGS, You seeded yourself at 4k when you sandbagged Legrande,
and a 2d, which you claim to have beaten, you actually lost
that game, because you escaped. However, you still claim you
won on the board, which is not true. The other dan player
over rated himself and fell into the kyu range within a few
days of your game with him, but has only recently became
a border line 1d. This dragged you down, and then you lost to
a bunch of kyu players. The only real dan player that you played
was Cornel, and you lost that game with 5 stones handicap.

Malf, according to IGS, if you win several games against dans and kyus, and
lose several games against both dans and kyus, you should be rated below
the rating of the lowest person you lost against. Proof? look above.

On usagi 1d I am now 17 wins vs 3 losses over the last 20 games playing even
games. What's your record? IGS is just messed up, I wouldn't be suprised if
tsukino is the victim of foul play.. 6k.. come on malf, nobody seriously
believes that. Anyone who tells you differently is selling something.

On IGS you are rated -fairly- by an algorithm tried and tested over
many years, with reliable anchors and slow but inexorable progress.
Is -unlike- KGS where you "shoot up-and-down" in pseudofrenzy.

Is `usagi' on KGS ? Sorry: that KGS rating does not "compute."
Getting 17 wins out of 20 games is expected after ~1795-1810 games,
or so, nothing "really extraordinary" when -comparing- Total Games.

If IGS `tsukino' is the "victim of foul play" I can assure you that
we will get to the bottom of the matter and never let it be forgotten.
See if you can invest some of that energy and effort into providing
more games under the IGS `tsukino' database, for better statistics.

4 more games to play Fu, so you have a chance to correct your IGS
rating if winning in handi 5.

good luck:)

Cornel.

KGS is tied to AGA.

Why should I care? I can play wherever I want. Hopefully in a place without
you, which is yet another reason I don't play on IGS.

So what is AGA tied to? Does AGA passively -accept- KGS ratings?

You might wish to "care" if you are concerned about the "truth-value"
of the "wild assertions" you advance willy-nilly, as whimsy & careless.
Surprise! I've been playing on KGS recently. You'd better skedaddle.

Hmm, since jb plays on KGS, I guess you'll be going somewhere else?
Well, at least we know we won't have to put up with you on IGS, every
time you log on there, you get exposed as the poseur and posturer you
are. Hard to maintain a front in that environment.

Cheers,

Michael

Wouldn't you rather learn about the color of my eyes ?
Every Day KGS sounds like more & more an unfriendly place.
I would imagine that you, like many KGS players, wish to put
everybody into one of two categories, and that's all ... :-)
