I guess America's capitalists really aren't as concerned about "SOCIALISM!"
as the ignorant hillbilly scum waving racist signs. What a surprise.
America is about to join the rest of the civilized world when it comes to
healthcare. How painful that is for the terminally ignorant.

Not only did it go up but it was Health Care companies that led the
way.
On Intrade Prediction Markets the chance of the Democrats holding on
to control of the House went up 2% to 54.5%. By the time November
rolls around and the fear preaching Repugnants are shown to be liars
and idiots they will be pummeled again for the third election in a
row.
I wish we were actually joining the rest of the world. For me, the problem
is that we aren't.
I would have supported something like what Canada has, but instead we're
getting some weird hybrid that seems to protect the insurance industry.

You know those religous sects who think the world is going to end on a
certain date? Are they happy when the big day comes and goes, or are
they all bummed out they didn't get to see the big event?

Investors are on a buying spree iin anticipation of the 2010 runup since
Obama made a teabagger takeover in 2010 a sure thing.

How's that control costs again?
Are you new here, tvc15? Because I don't recognize you from before. Thank
goodness you showed up, because we were really running low on dumbass
liberal morons. In fact, I was just about to send my maid to the Moron
Store to see if she could pick some up, maybe a half dozen or so. We were
almost out.

Nice ad hominem attack. But I guess it is easier than addressing the fact
that all the traditional indictors about the health of market capitalism
have taken a big collective yawn at healthcare reform...as opposed to
America's Losers, the two generations (at most) away from pure white trash
that make up the Tea Bagger "movement". Apparently the market doesn't agree
with these easily manipulated Chicken Littles, who see a negro in the White
House and lose their minds:

I can see the signs now: "Bring back pre-existing exclusions!"
You've lost, and you're going to continue to lose, just like you've been
doing for years.

Tvc15, I am the first black man to own and operate a major Las Vegas casino,
and I employ hundreds of people, three of which are also black. What do you
think this healthcare bill is going to cost my operation? Add this to the
already present downturn in tourism in our area, and I may have to start
making layoffs. Is this what you call "helping" people? So far I have
resisted layoffs at my place, while my major competitors, Harrah's and Wynn,
have been making major cutbacks. Please explain why my blackjack dealers
will not be bringing home that 15-lb turkey for Christmas this year that has
been a tradition at my casino ever since I took over. Explain why there
will be less gifts under the Christmas tree for the children of my cocktail
waitresses. So please, stop yours fabrications of the truth.

Sorry Paul. It’s too late to argue the merits now. You’re first
instinct was right. When you have no logical point of view the best
thing to do is just call someone ‘moron’ and click send. Even your
debate hero (Travel) occasionally can’t think of anything else to do.
I know that each time someone calls me retarded or moron (or other
mean names) my feelings are hurt for days. boo hoo.
Otherwise, congratulations on being a black guy with a casino who
hopes America fails.

Hey, Popinjay.
Not that I would want to hijack this informative and important thread
on nuthin' <I'm lying>.
Have you ever listened to Mark Levin?
He's kind of a Michael Savage with a law degree and a knowledge of
Marxism, without the ADD of Savage.
He is the author of the best selling "Tyranny and Liberty" which
describes the end result of what we will get via the
Progressives/Liberals/Leftists/Marxists/Commies we now have running
the country.
http://www.marklevinshow.com/sectional.asp?id=32930
For anyone missing his explanations of what is now happening, the
audio from 3/22 and 3/23 is worth a listen.
I'll bet the guy knows more about Commies than even you do.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
///////////////// WARNING !! //////////
Democrats and Liberals with high blood pressure are advised not to
listen to any one audio for too long at one time.
In severe cases it could cause your head to explode.

Excellent book. Especially the attention to detail in the chapter on the
origin of the CFR.
By the way, Turbotard, it's "Liberty and Tyranny".

" Barden Became First African American Casino Owner in Las Vegas
In 2002 Barden took possession of the Fitzgeralds casinos. One was based
in Tunica, Mississippi, another in Black Hawk, Colorado, and the third in
downtown Las Vegas. With the Las Vegas casino Barden became the city's
first African American casino owner."

Is there any chance I could get a job at the Roadhouse, Paul? I haven't
been able to find work since Mervyn's went under. I have some talents and
I'm willing to work without health insurance.

Ok, let me clarify. If you want to nitpick, then you have me on a
technicality. What I should have said was "the Las Vegas area", not "Las
Vegas". My place is actually in Henderson, but the dividing line between
Henderson and Las Vegas is within walking distance. I was working as a
restroom attendant in the casino years before Barden came on the scene.
Through hard work and diligence, I worked my way all the way up to General
Manager, and then eventually bought out the former owners, Salvatori and
Cohen. So you see, Abbey, I don't want to take any due credit away from
Barden, but I am actually the first African American Casino owner in the Las
Vegas AREA.

Have you tried JC Penny's?
They don't have fashion consultants at J.C. Penney. They're oriented
toward the low end of the market.
--------
Oh that's right, I forgot, you were a fashion consultant at Mervyn's. Sorry
Risky, I guess I can't help you, times are tough. Call 1-800-STEVEWYNN.
Huh ?
What ??
You like him?
Popinjay likes him !!
He really, really likes him !!
I don't mind telling everyone that I'm gobsmacked.
I can't remember any other well known Conservative that I've mentioned
that you didn't think was some kind of a sell-out or the other.
Damn, that Levin must be even better than I thought.
>By the way, Turbotard, it's "Liberty and Tyranny".

Hey, give me a little break here.
You know I'm old.
I get confused some times.
So naturally, you have this book, and you have read it. Correct?

I read the book. It is concise and clear. It is an excellent book. I
highly recommend it.
"A Conservative Manifesto" is an accurate subtitle.
So then, you found it quite interesting what detail he put into the chapter
that covers the history of the CFR, its founding principles, and the role it
has played in our nation's judicial policy making? I mentioned this to
Turbo, apparently he skpped right over my comment. The poor old fellow, I
guess he's getting up there in age now. That's got to be frustrating.
You know damn well that I'm to cheap to actually buy a book.
So what did he have to say about the CFR?
Is it some massively powerful organization that is going to
singlehandedly bring us under the control of the UN?
Inquiring minds want to know.
He said NOTHING about it, that's the point, you big dope! Obviously Pickle
didn't get my drift either. You guys are too much. Someone else is going
to have to start coordinating. I'm tired of this shit.

I read the book a few months ago. I do not remember anything in particular
about the CFR.

Oh ... that would explain my memory lapse. I thought I was having a senior
moment.

This is tantamount to a whoosh!
There with the "tantamount" again! I love it. And, BTW, I am not a
whooshee; I get your drift, dude. I *understand* you, paul.
OT: The ill-fated football contest was won by yours truly, and a certain
Mr. I Heart Wuzzy who trumpeted that he would "be my huckleberry" has
absconded with the prize pool. He owes me a hunion. If you can collect it
I will generously offer you ten percent.
Oooh, that absconding little numbnut! For his integrity's sake, he better
be in jail!
I have never heard Levin say a thing about the CFR.
That doesn't mean he couldn't have mentioned it in his book.
I guess he doesn't consider it the massively powerful menace that some
people do.
So Levin doesn't meet the Popinjay Purity standard for Conservatism,
eh?
Okay, Levin.
It's under the bus for you.
(There's probably enough room for Levin, right next to his very good
friend Rush Limbaugh.)

No, I'm sure he does. He's not stupid, stupid.
