Let's look at some:

Brown vs. Board of Education of Topeka, the United States
Supreme Court decision that ended legal segregation in US
education.

Did it?

No.

It just gave liberals the mechanism to force segregation of
whites and black in an effort to raise black education
statistics. It didn't work.

Examples of cities where it failed:

East Saint Louis, Illinois.
Saint Louis, Missouri.
Detroit, Michigan.
Columbus, Ohio.
Philadelphia, PA.
Boston, MA.
Washington, DC.

All of those cities are now stinking black festering shitholes.
Jobs fled the area, whites, Asians, Germans, even Polacks left.

The mostly black schools were diluted with a 5-15% white
population, which doubled or tripled the academic statistics for
them, but did little to improve the intellect of the blacks.
Most blacks dropped out of school and went on to their careers
of robbery, rape, murder and drug dealing.

And wasn't it just recently that the current president, Barack
Obama, said how proud he was of the "black colleges" of America.
Per Brown vs. Board, isn't a "black college" illegal?

Brown vs. Board is a failure.

Gay rights.

Doesn't the U. S. Constitution say "all men are created equal?"

If that's case, why are there specific rights granted to gays
based on sexual orientation?

Sexual orientation is a choice, a personal choice, made by the
chooser. Regardless of gender, choosing to "be" a conflicting
gender is indicative of a confused mind in need of psychological
help, not legal remedies.

Gay rights is unconstitutional in scope. Any legislation based
on gender or sexual preference gives unfair advantage to the
mentally ill, who have avenues galore through the medical and
head tweaker professions.

There will always be a certain percentage of physically and
mentally defective people in a society. Writing bad legislation
favoring them over the normal majority is wrong. Nobody likes
gays anyway.

Gay rights and legislation is a failure.

NAFTA - The North American Free Trade Agreement

The Government of Canada, the Government of the United Mexican
States and the Government of the United States of America,
resolved to:

STRENGTHEN the special bonds of friendship and cooperation among
their nations;

CONTRIBUTE to the harmonious development and expansion of world
trade and provide a catalyst to broader international
cooperation;

CREATE an expanded and secure market for the goods and services
produced in their territories;

REDUCE distortions to trade;

ESTABLISH clear and mutually advantageous rules governing their
trade;

ENSURE a predictable commercial framework for business planning
and investment;

BUILD on their respective rights and obligations under the
General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and other multilateral
and bilateral instruments of cooperation;

ENHANCE the competitiveness of their firms in global markets;

FOSTER creativity and innovation, and promote trade in goods and
services that are the subject of intellectual property rights;

CREATE new employment opportunities and improve working
conditions and living standards in their respective territories;

UNDERTAKE each of the preceding in a manner consistent with
environmental protection and conservation;

PRESERVE their flexibility to safeguard the public welfare;

PROMOTE sustainable development;

STRENGTHEN the development and enforcement of environmental laws
and regulations; and

PROTECT, enhance and enforce basic workers' rights;

This farce speaks for itself. Despite overwhelming objections
by economists and business leaders, William Jefferson Clinton
signed NAFTA, thus dooming American workers.

Clinton was warned that NAFTA would destroy the American
economy, and it would facilitate the loss of manufacturing jobs
critical to the base of the economic model. These losses would
have domino a effect to every sector of the American economy
within a decade, reducing or eliminating the revenue from the
areas with no foreseeable replacements.

First the manufacturing fled to Taiwan, then Korea, Mexico,
China and Ireland. It has steadily continued to leave America,
having now spread to foods, candies and liquid commodities
produced in countries with poor or nonexistent quality standards
or laws. These commodities are now shipped back into the U. S.
for Americans to consume, again at the expense of the American
worker, and all Americans in general.

NAFTA is the most colossal failure in the history of the U.S.,
benefitting only Wall Street and the largest of financial
institutions. In effect, America has been transformed into a
clearing warehouse for "U. S." goods manufactured in other
countries.

Where will the money come from to buy these products?
Reciprocal income from warehouse and logistical operations will
only trickle so long before it runs out, then one by one, these
operations will fail and be "consolidated", again at the expense
of the American consumer.

The explosive growth of the illegal immigrant population, and
the subsequent flood of small money out of the American economy,
never to return, helped create the U. S. financial problems
beginning in 2007, that is when the manufacturing losses and
money drain began to appear.

Clinton was warned repeatedly that this would happen, yet he,
and his liberal support base, rammed it through as a "social
remedy" as opposed to using sound economic decision making.
