As well as he should. The ill educated in Hawaii that set it off and
then tried to slant it away from themselves did it. NOTHING about the
alarm was Federal. To turn it on or to turn it off.
Trump was home eating dinner as Hawaii is time zones away and it was
dark. Hard to play golf in the dark.
