1912 Dalton Six B2 spindle repair

Have spindle end play, no more adjustment, need new bearing. Also collet key
is damaged , needs fix. Can any one help me on this. ?? Also am looking for
largest change gear for this lathe. PS has only one pat. # date, 1912.
