Since anonymous posting pussies, like Jonathan Ball, and morons like slow eddy are obsessed with mugshots I thought I'd start a thread dedicated to mug shots. :>)

Here is Dr. Martin Luther King's mugshot:

Bonkers sees no difference between resisting segregation and beating
his wife. He's one seriously disturbed head case.

BTW, that wasn't the first time he was arrested for domestic abuse.
This case, from 1994 (Banquer v. Steidley), is about as sad and
pathetic as one can get:

Ya, I probably should not have put computers together in front of him.
He got the idea he could do it, built himself a game machine and got
heavy into playing video games. I think that is where he went wrong.
To many video games.
Other than that, no, I don't suck as a father. There are many well
raised young people that don't finish college. He may still decide
to return to college, he just turned 21 years old.
We could talk about how your father failed. Do you want to?
Seems that could be long topic.

Whoa. According to Banquer his 'rents paid for stuff, the valuable
portion of which appears to have turned invisible. Banquer's
girlfriend, after claiming domestic violence, has him arrested, tells
him to get his stuff out of her house, and leaves it outside by
arrangement. He largely doesn't take the stuff despite showing up with
an unnecessary court order and a posse of lawyer, police and a too
small truck. So HE puts much of the stuff BACK inside her place.
Girlfriend's lawyer rightfully points out balnce of stuff to a
bankruptcy trustee, said stuff (judge's word LOL) being obviously and
at least partly admittedly withheld from Banquer's creditors.
Invisible receipts for invisible stuff, which was at best exaggerated
and likely never really existed. Banquer and trustee agree that
balance of stuff isn't worth getting out of hock, where it remains,
subject to warehouse lien. Banquer blames girlfriend for loss of
income from his profitable but non existent business venture! that
can't function without the invisible stuff that was so valuable and
crucial he couldn't bother to pick it up. Shockingly, judge doesn't
find Banquer credible. Is that about it?

Quite the read and fucking mess and undoubtedly not the only such
antics in Banquer's life. Aside: who hides a water heater and lawn
furniture from a bankruptcy? Jesus Banquer, you probably screwed those
creditors out of a huge sum but you couldn't let them have your damned
lawn chairs?

I can see where this is heading...

None of Banquer's ex girlfriend, the judge, the bankruptcy trustee,
both lawyers lawyer, the warehouse owner and of course me, have a
Linkedin group. :)

How come you aren't flapping your gums like usual, Banquer?

#1 collection of selected hilarity from your court case, where you
idiotically tried to place the blame for your own failures on some
poor female.

According to 'da judge:

.... the plaintiff claims that he spent over $23,000 acquiring tools
that he intended to use for an auto body repair business that he
believes would have generated substantial income for him....

...The plaintiff's father testified he and the plaintiff's mother gave
the plaintiff $29,000 over a period of one year...

(at this point your "business" reached maximum profitability, and you
should have franchised)

... the plaintiff has failed to prove that he has been injured. The
plaintiff's credibility suffers as a result of his outlandish claim
that the deprivation of some auto repair manuals and tools has
disrupted his ability to file income tax returns, earn a living, and
get back on his feet over a period of six years now

A lack of credibility? Banquer? Noooooo! It must be some other asshat

According to 'da judge:

The plaintiff Jonathan Banquer...

... had previously lived at a residence that he owned in Orange,

situation had also caused him to file a petition in bankruptcy earlier
that year, on August 5, 1993...

So you withheld assets from your creditors. Very similar to what

#3 collection of selected hilarity from your court case, where you
idiotically tried to place the blame for your own failure on some poor

According to 'da judge:

The plaintiff Jonathan Banquer ...

....On January 20, 1994, the plaintiff was arrested at the home of the
defendant on her complaint of domestic violence. As part of the
disposition of that case, the plaintiff was placed under a court order
obligating him to vacate the premises. The order allowed the plaintiff
to retrieve his personal items provided he had no contact with Ms.
Steidley and provided he be accompanied by a police officer at the
time of the retrieval. The plaintiff took no steps at that time to
deal with the removal of the tools stored at the home of the
defendant.

On April 13, 1994, the court order was modified at the request of the
plaintiff's attorney to specify that the plaintiff be allowed to
retrieve his social security card, his birth certificate, and his
motorcycle1 from the defendant's residence. In fact, it appears that
such a modification of the order was largely unnecessary because the
plaintiff already had an order allowing him to retrieve his belongings
and the defendant was content and even eager to have the plaintiff
remove all of his items from her premises...

LOL You paid (OK, hopefully your parents paid) a lawyer to get a
redundant court order you didn't need, to force the ex to relinquish
stuff she couldn't wait to get rid of. What a drama queen!

... The plaintiff Jonathan Banquer ...

...Nor can the court credit the evidence offered by the plaintiff as
to the value of the goods lost. The court does not believe that all of
the money given to the plaintiff by his parents was given to him
between August and November of 1993 nor that all of that money went to
buy CT Page 13671 tools. That the plaintiff testified that the value
of the tools was twice what he paid, that he paid for them all in cash
(when there is evidence that he was using a credit card for many other
purchases during the same time), that he offered no names of the
vendors nor lists or photos of the types of tools, all of these
factors make the plaintiff's testimony not credible as to the value of
the lost items. In the absence of credible evidence of the value of
the lost items, the court would be left to speculate or guess as to
their value, a process that is not allowed....

You thought you could hornswoggle the judge into agreeing that your
crap was worth twice what you paid in cash, and without any list,

Respond to what? jon doesn't have to respond to NOT being convicted in a court of law.

What part of "NOT" don't you understand? Ignorant people like you have to first understand the law. Anyone or any group can pressure a federal or state investigator to bring charges and take a particular person to jail while trying to trump up charges and an eventual conviction.

But is the person ever found guilty or not. I don't care how many people dislike the person, try to focus here. Cut out the typical half-brained assumptions.

Was jon convicted in a court of law? If you can finally think for yourself, you'll see that jon was NOT convicted in a court of law. Get over it. You lose.

You misunderstood my point, which was that Banquer cannot stop himself
from responding, despite refusing to make any meaningful comment on
the accusations.

Here are the facts. Banquer has attracted dozens of detractors over
many years. It happens like this: Banquer says something inane. People
ridicule him. Banquer escalates, almost always falsely accusing his
opponent of lying and worse. He gets personal, his opponents get
personal.

In the case at hand, Banquer pretends that his mugshot is meaningless.
It is not. He has been arrested twice for domestic violence. Ah, but
innocent until convicted, right? We don't know if he was convicted,
but consider the accusations Banquer makes about others, and then read
this judge's decision and comments.
https://casetext.com/case/banquer-v-steidley-no-cv-97-0404728-s-nov
There's no question, he's a lowlife hypocrite, and he's getting what

truth is in that judge's comments, and Banquer has no defense against
it.

perhaps because he does so much of it so poorly. I notice you haven't
accused the judge of lying, Banquer. LOL Afraid she'll find out and

Jon's wife Constance Banquer spent a couple of years in a Florida
prison for ID Theft, Grand Theft and probably a few other charges.

http://www.dc.state.fl.us/InmateReleases/detail.asp?Bookmark=1&From=list&SessionID=406249443

It could be a skill she learned from Jon while they lived in CT. Where
Jon says he "Owned 100+ rental units"* at the time his income was
something like $16.00 an hour** as the "head of CADCAM systems" for a
company and a SolidWorks Instructor***.

If true pretty amazing by any standard so I asked Jon how exactly did
he manage to qualify for loans on 100+ rental units in CT all while he
was making $16.00 an hour with a wife and two kids to support but he
has yet to answer. If true (and legal) he should be teaching real
estate courses. So it seems just a little too fishy to be true
especially when Jon, his wife and kids left CT (in a hurry) ending up
penniless in Florida.

Unlike today back in those days banks were a bit reluctant to admit
publicly that they could be victimized by loan fraud. If there was
some equity or not too large a loss they were inclined to negotiate a
deal with the perpetrator under the threat of criminal prosecution.

So while Jon's wife was being housed and fed by the Great State of
Florida Jon moved ("in a hurry") only to end up penniless in Arizona.

Almost everything Tom Brewer has posted about CADCAM software for years has turned out to be bad advice/wrong:

Tom Brewer CADCAM Moron:

"Jon, I never forgot any of your postings about SDRC I made the wrong
decision in spite of what you said. There have been a number of times
that my Wife has told me to be careful in dealing with someone and
after words says "I told you so". She earned the right to say it as
well as you have earned the right to say I TOLD YOU SO. I made a
decision that went against my better judgment and as usual it turned
out poorly." .... Tom Brewer

Tom Brewer CADCAM Moron:

"I do not purchase programs unless I know before hand that they are
what I want and/ or need."... Tom Brewer who can't follow his own
advice. See above.

Tom Brewer CADCAM Moron:

"I have shot myself in the foot, not an easy thing to do when it is
in your mouth and your head is in your ass."... Tom Brewer admitting
what he's often like.

Tom Brewer CADCAM Moron:

Someone who has a proven track record of not being able to deal with
or accept the kind of change that occurs in the cadcam market... now
that's ignorant or should we say that's Tom Brewer.

Ignorant:

Tom Brewer's failure to understand who Matt Lombard really is.

Tom Brewer CADCAM Moron:

Tom Brewer's unable to comprehend what's on the cover of the
SolidWorks Bible:

"Whether you're a new, intermediate, ...."

Tom Brewer CADCAM Moron:

Someone who can't understand more than a simple "I love it!" or "I
hate it!" type of comment ... now that's ignorant or should we say
that's Tom Brewer.

Conclusion:

Tom Brewer thinks he's a SolidWorks expert. A SolidWorks expert is someone who knows more and more about less and less until he knows absolutely everything about nothing.

Haw haw haw! That's fucking hilarious!

"I am an unemployed internet legend. I am banned from every CAD/CAM or
CNC forum in existence. I love to pretend I'm important."

And then, at a linked site:

"About me: I sweep floors for WalMart. If you drop a jar of pickles,
I'm the guy they call. I also change the cakes in the urinals and empty
the diaper pails."

Okay, serious question: which one do you more enjoy savaging, jonny
bonkers or Deputy Pinocchio? With the vast Cliff Notes archive on
Deputy Pinocchio, I imagine it's a little more work to rip bonkers a new
one, but that may also make it more satisfying.

It's a tough call, but I have to give the nod to Wieber. He's
threatened to sue AND kill me. Which gives me carte blanche to be
merciless. Banquer is very helpless by comparison. All he threatens is
to "own me." He'd have his hands full owning a candy bar.

Banquer seems to be fine with PV posting anonymously as well. This
thing he's doing now of posting one word responses will not go well

<sob> Why can't they be happy for me? :) Geez do they ever get pissed
when I describe the good life. I should write more along those lines,
I might be able to get them slobbering enough to short out their
keyboards.

LOL I think he's hoping the one word responses will be sufficiently
less antagonizing, thereby saving him from further embarrassing
revelations. Which while goofy is his best strategy so far. Problem
is, Banquer is like a drug addict. He won't be able to resist for
long. Based on his history I have no doubt he'll write himself into an
even more miserable life. He knows his clown car is headed off a
cliff, but he can't lift that giant shoe off the gas pedal.
