Anglo kid? Not a chance. They all want to be hedge fund managers or
video game writers. You need to find a Latino. Same with the trades.
I am watching the anglo HVAC guys and the Latino electricians. No
question who you want working for you. The Latinos actually have pride
in their work and they deserve it. I am an electrical inspector and I
know when things are done well.
The HVAC guys, not so much.
