I have this Campy rear derrailer and insidethe mounting bolt there is a cheapy metal part with notches on it. Those nothches work in lieu of the B0screw on other deraillers and stops the derrailer from swinging too far forward. Is it possible to by that notched part? Is it morethan just a few dollars?

here are two image links of the derailler BEFORE that notched part broke.

I can't see your photos I get a login screen.

It's the original Athena, right?

That part is infamously fragile and almost impossible to
repair, being diecast (zinc whitemetal? something like that).

A decent comparable used rear changer will be less expensive
than that part usually. Choose a not-first version-Athena
model for best results.

Thanks Andrew.

That's about what I figured = the part for a repair costs as much as new derailler. I might just drill and tap it for a B-bolt.

Campy over the years has sure made some pretty fragile stuff. You'd think that for something like the that they'd at least use some quality steel.
