I came accross this site http://goo.gl/nnvaq1 claiming to have the world most revolutinary and safest head-taillight system for bike. What you guys think? Thanks for your opinion.

These lights are nice but not the best in the world for sure. And if you watch the rider on the street what do you see as a motorist? Well, what the heck is that? thus getting your attention. However take another look and you will see that lady rider is almost invisible, I mean her body, all you can see is the wheels and nothing above there, so its dangerous and some drivers might get confused as to what they are seeing, however, if that lady had something on her body or helmet to let drivers know -- you are seeing a bicycle -- that would be great.

This is a lighting system for child like brains and has next to nothing to
do with being safe, let alone legal. Very many states, counties and cities
have ordinances which require a red light to the rear and a white light to
the front. These lights need to be bright enough so that you can be seen by
motorists. It is also a good idea to wear a reflective vest. However, the
bottom line is that it is much more dangerous to ride a bike at night than
it is during daylight hours because there are motorists who will not see you
even if you were lit up like a Christmas tree.
