I think I sort of remember this. And I liked it.

Dr. Evil mentioned it takes 2 weeks to condition them. I'm guessing the
people in robes are brainwashed along with some chemical conditioning as
well. Although I think the wife is probably a standard abused wife.
She wouldn't be acting that way if she was programed.
I definitely remember seeing this, but I don't recall if I liked it or
not. I'm guessing I probably did. I have a huge soft spot for time travel.

I watched:
Agents of SHIELD - "Adapt or Die" - This was a pretty good follow up to
last week's episode. With the team still in the 70s, they have to fight
off the combined forces of the Chronicoms, and a technologically
advanced SHIELD as well as elements of Hydra. Some real nice twists and
turns in this one. Word of warning, do *not* watch the trailer for next
week. It's full of spoilers.
Manhattan (TCM) 1979 Woody Allen movie. Allen stars as a middle aged
man in a love triangle with an underage girl (Mariel Hemingway) and his
best friend's mistress (Diane Keaton). I know I've seen this movie
before, but I didn't remember it. I didn't really care much for it.
Besides, is it really believable that Woody Allen would ever date a
teenage girl young enough to be his daughter? Anyway, now that I've
knocked this out, I *might* finally watch some of the Woody Allen movies
I have on disc. I actually do like some of his movies and I haven't
watched them in forever.
6 Underground (Netflix streaming) Michael Bay action movie staring Ryan
Reynolds as a billionaire who fakes his own death so he can create his
own team of mercenaries to take evil doers all over the world. This was
*not* a good movie, even by Michael Bay standards. Honestly, it didn't
even feel like a Michael Bay movie. It felt more like a cheap Michael
Bay knock off. Towards the end, I wasn't even pay attention anymore.
