Well ... according to the WikiPedia article, judge Roy
didn't become a judge until *1992*. He was nothing but
an on and off again lawyer before that - ambulance
chaser, insurance law, that kind of crap.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roy_Moore
There is one theme in his life mentioned though ... that
a lot of people didn't like him because he was very anal
about law/order/regs. A bar complaint was filed against
him because he dared investigate whether the local
sheriff had been siphoning money out of his budget.
His troops in Vietnam threatened to frag him because
he was a by-the-book guy.
In any case, Moore had practically no authority or
position until he was appointed as a judge. Just
another asshole on the street - which kind of blows
any "I was too terrified to complain !" claims.
There's some dink on the TV today saying he was
told Moore was "banned from the mall" around 1980.
Right ..... 37 years later this guy can remember Moore ?
Likely whoever told him just waved his hand in some
general direction too ... was the boss even pointing
at Moore, somebody who kinda looked like Moore,
somebody completely different ???
Dunno if Moore is pure as rocky-mountain snow, but
a lot of this seriously STINKS of a set-up job. If it is,
FOLLOW THE MONEY and see where it leads.
