I'm a big fan of this series. Are you implying in your last quoted sentence
that it is going to be returning to print? I still don't have the last two.

My impression from a brief exchange with the author is that at some
point it will be back in print.

Now, I read this book but in 2011, so I don't recall exactly what you're referring to here. It would be nice if you'd include the information with appropriate spoiler protection. Either on a separate web page with link(s) or with the background/font coloration scheme.
