They put a Headline that reads:

Is there LIFE on Europa? NASA to announce major news in breakthrough press conference

You know if they 'really' found LIFE anywhere, no one would wait till Monday to announce it.

So, it's a con to get attention for their...upcoming con. To generate a whole lot of suckers..that means You.

Hollywood does the same thing. If they got a flying saucer movie coming out soon, they search for UFO reports in the world
and spread it all over the media just before the release of the flying saucer movie.
