Attack of the Killer Tomatoes: IMDB Wrong Actor?

Having recently watched "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" (1978), I
checked www.imdb.com to see, again, who played whom and what
else they might have done. (Whoooeee. A lot of one hit wonders
in that movie!)

According to imdb, the character "Mason Dixon" (the hero government
agent who figured out how to defeat the killer tomatoes) was played
by "David Miller (II)" and imdb gives b/d dates of 1909-1992.

In 1978, he would have been 69 years old yet the Mason Dixon
character looks to be in his 30s-40s and is running up and
down the street and stairs in various scenes.

That can't possibly be the correct "David Miller", can it?
Either it's a different David Miller or the birth date is wrong.

How do you get imdb to correct an error like that?
