Hi,
I'm using the Cooper Sound CS-104 4 track mixer with direct outs via the 12 pin plug. I am connecting it to a Edirol R4 Pro 4 track hard drive recorder. I am wishing to send the 1kHz tone through the direct outs to calibrate the inputs of the R4 Pro Recorder. Yet I am unable to do so. The 1kHz tone appears to be only being sent to the mixers headphone jack and it's master outs. I have also adjusted the direct outs in the IC to Post Fade. Please help...

Get an external tone generator, input to each channel and adjust individually. Most smart phones have free generator apps available.
Using post fader for the iso outputs defeats the purpose of isos. Reset that to pre-fader.
