We had the 'laser opening party' on May 4th 2013. So In just over a months time, we'll have been at Weldale Street for 3 years.

Grounds for some fun maybe?

I have the CAA go ahead and they will issue a NOTAM.

I propose the evening  of 7th May, as it is after the Tomorrow Reading event at Green Park.

Now we need volunteers for sounds, food, games, novelties.

If we got on and changed the big TV in the main room over, I can supply Mario Kart U and the new Smash Bros

Yes, we go 7th May evening.
Think it should be members and accompanied guests, so can invite family, friends, and maybe some people from the Tomorrow Reading Event on the same day. Is that OK with people ?
I will start new thread to announce and get some help.

Yeap I have a decent BBQ and tools. I'm not running it though, I'm terrible at it! Get distracted and burn stuff

Is anyone have an idea of a quick project that could be done for the party?
Can we make the orange arm robot to give glasses to people? That could be fun :D

I'm looking at something fun to bring.

(I can also bring my own Wii (U) games and gamepads if there is not enough.)

Hey Manoel,

Can you bring your Wii U? I'd forgotten I've cable tied the cabling for mine in. No problem if not, just saves me a bit of a nightmare getting mine out if you can! I can bring MK, Smash and an old Mario Party still!

Bring all the games and consoles, I'll pull the projector off the wall and I think Tom will bring another big projector?

I'm really sorry I just saw the email :(

But you know what? Do we really need a good reason to bring it?

It's easy to move mine, I can bring it at any time, I may do that today (Sunday) as I wanted to check the Internet connection for a while!

Anyway it was a great party!

Cheers

Anyone up for coming down to the space today to help de-rig?

It's such a beautiful day, I was thinking that it'd be nice to have a doors-open dust-off?

What's everyone up to? Could light the BBQ again for provision of snacks during tidying?

Awesome!! I've already done the dishes, so that's the difficult bit out of the way lol

It's a beautiful day for a bit of spring cleaning, and who knows, plenty burgers still in the fridge, plenty gas still in the bottle!

;)
