Getting "Oups. 428966 not found!" errors

Hi,

We're getting the following error in the past couple of months:

ERROR 2017-12-11 23:56:34,461 r.core.actors.MongoDBSystem - [Supervisor-1/Connection-2] Oups. 428966 not found! complete message is Response(MessageHeader(135,-1013955134,428966,1),Reply(8,0,0,1),LittleEndianHeapChannelBuffer(ridx=36, widx=135, cap=135),ResponseInfo(-1683030807))
