adding a PartialFilterExpression to an index

As per the mongo docs at https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/core/index-partial/#partial-index-with-unique-constraints it would be great to be able add a PartialFilterExpression to an index. This is especially useful in collections where there are different types of documents.
